Informing that Sime Darby Property will be having a Lifestyle Collection Campaign which will officially be launched on Thursday, 29 march 2012 at Oasis Square, Ara Damansara.

The objectives of having this campaign is to increase brand awareness by positioning Sime Darby Property as the Developer of choice and to promote our properties by giving attractive incentives during this campaign.

This campaign will be held as follows:

Bila Budak Cina Berkata " Kerja... Kerja..."

Aku saja la nak share pengalaman aku sikit dengan budak cina ni..

Pada suatu hari, aku dan Isteri keluar la pegi makan dekat Nasi Kandar Pelita area Klang ni.. Biasanya bila kami ke kedai mapley ni mesti ada tujuan yang perlu dipenuhi.. Apa tujuannya? Haa... nak cerita la ni..

Ok.. Seperti biasa, bila dah sampai kedai makan, satu aney datang ambil order.. Kita pun order la ayaq... lepas tu macam biasa, beratur untuk ambil nasik.. lepas dah ambil nasik beserta service lauk tunjuk menunjuk, aku pun menikmatilah makanan seperti biasa.. Kuah campur, telur rebus, sayur kobis dan ayam goreng yang dihentak dengan parang sebelum upacara mencincang dan menguis ayam goreng tersebut ke dalam pinggan berlauk kan kari campur...... Haha...

Masa tengah makan tu datanglah orang yang kami nanti kan... budak cina ni pun dah tau dah.. nampak aje muka aku ngan isteri aku, dia terus letak barang atas meja.. "Haaa... Kak! Abang! Ini cerita baru keluar!" CD clear.. Aku pun sambil makan membelek2 CD dia.. Biasala... Cina jual CD maa... tak kan korg xpernah jumpa kan... slumber je jalan2 jual cd, bawak beg sendeng dengan raga kecik.. CD penuh dalam tu.. Lepas dah pilih2 CD, aku pun bayar kat dia... Lepas tu aku sembang2 la dengan dia... Semua berkisar pasal bisnes dia.. Aku rasa xpayah la aku terangkan kat sini kot.. haha..

Lepas tanya 2 - 3 soalan, dia mula bakar rokok.. Haa... part ni yang rasanya menjadi suntikan pembakar.. Cina jual CD ni muka sememeh ja.. tak dak la kemas pun.. tp bila dia kata "Oi.. kerja.. kerja..." Aku pun terus tersentap.. Cakap jugak la dlm hati "Eleh.. hang juai CD cetak rompak ja kot.. Ghajin ngat eh.." tp lepas dia blah tu baru aku terfikir balik... Tu la semangat cina meniaga.. apa pun yang depa buat, depa buat betoi2, biaq la juai CD pun.. Cara dia bangun angkat CD tu macam gaya orang angkat laptop nak p meeting.. adoi.. Aku nampak semangat dia lain macam...

Aku test jugak ajak minum dulu.. Dia tak mau.. Banyak kerja katanya... Haha...

Jadi, kepada para pembaca sekalian.. Walaupun nampak cerita ni menggambarkan suatu keadaan yang "Ala.... jual cd je pun..."... Ye! jual CD.. Bayangkan semangat Chinese Business Man.. Macam mana pulak tu.. Dari peringkat yang bawah sampai la ke peringkat tertinggi.. Semangat depa tidak berubah.. dan ITU! adalah antara sebab mengapa Cina menguasai ekonomi Malaysia...
